In 2021, Delta is excited to employ 11 apprentices and 9 trainees across a diverse range of specialities from Administration, Electrical and Mechanical Fitting, Advanced Rigging and Technicians.

Our apprentices undertake a four year program covering all aspects of a large industrial operation, whilst combining on the job experience with formal training. Our Trainees undertake focussed training to develop and refine their skills in their chosen speciality. Delta is committed to apprentice and trainee programs that not only allow progression towards toward a formal qualification but ensure relevant training that prepares our staff for the challenges of a rapidly changing industry.
