SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATION

The following summary indicates the general nature of the Works for which The Principal desires Tenders to be submitted and is issued to enable Contractors to make an assessment whether the Specification documents should be obtained from the Principal for the purpose of submitting a tender response. It does not form part of the Specification and should not be included as part of the Tenderer's offer.

PURPOSE OF WORK

The works required under this contract will cover Stack Emissions Testing at Vales Point Power Station in accordance with the Principals requirements and Environment Protection Licence 761 for a period of two (2) years.

The Principal has an obligation that its Contractors must undertake continuous improvement leading to efficiencies that may be reflected in a Contract extension. Upon successful Practical Completion of the works within this agreement and a review of the Contractor’s performance, a further agreement may be negotiated, at the discretion of the Principal.

LOCATION OF SITE

The Vales Point Power Station is located on the southern shore of Lake Macquarie, approximately 130 km north of Sydney, New South Wales, and approximately 3 km off the Pacific Highway North of Doyalson.

By using the Objective Connect workspace for drawings you agree to Delta Electricity’s Intellectual Property Rights which means Delta Electricity shall own all intellectual property, including technical information, know-how, copyrights, models, drawings, specifications, manuals, reports, prototypes, inventions and software developed by the Contractor in performance of the works within the specification.

TENDER CLOSING DATE

Quotations will close at 1.00pm on Friday the 18th September 2020 at Vales Point Power Station and are to be emailed to tenders@de.com.au
