Provides independent dispute resolution for NSW electricity customers.

ASIC
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission. A Federal body responsible for the administration of the Corporations Act.

DEUS
The Department of Energy Utilities and Sustainability administers a number of NSW Acts which regulate electricity supply matters in NSW, including the Electricity Supply Act, Electricity Safety Act and Energy Administration Act.

NET
The National Electricity Tribunal was established under the National Electricity Law and hears and determine applications by NECA that Code Participants have breached the code.
