Delta Electricity cannot warrant and does not represent that the information contained in DEEP, in Delta Electricity's website or in websites referred to in DEEP is complete, reliable, accurate, current or free from error or is suitable for any purpose. Use of Delta Electricity's website or any other website referred to in DEEP is subject to copyright laws and the disclaimers and terms of use of those websites. Delta Electricity excludes all other promises and warranties about DEEP and the information it contains.
Delta Electricity cannot accept any responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, damage, cost or expense (Loss) that might be incurred in any way as a result of using DEEP, undertaking any lesson, project or activity contained in DEEP, including using the internet, or attending Delta Electricity's Mt Piper Power Station even if caused by Delta Electricity's negligence. Users of DEEP should ensure the availability of appropriate supervision when conducting lessons, projects or activities contained in DEEP. Without limitation, this exclusion includes all damage to property and/or persons and all consequential loss including loss of profits.
This disclaimer applies to the extent legally permitted. Where a complete exclusion is not permitted by law, Delta Electricity's liability is limited to resupply or payment of the cost of resupply in accordance with section 68A of the Trade Practices Act.
All persons attending Delta Electricity's Mt Piper Power Station (Premises) must comply, and ensure that everyone under their supervision comply, with all directions, briefings and procedures relating to health, safety and security in operation at the Premises or in relation to the facilities at the Premises, whether specifically drawn to their attention or as might reasonably be inferred from the circumstances.
