The Australian Government proposed Carbon Tax legislation was released last month and Delta Electricity has completed a detailed evaluation of the impacts. Delta is calling for an urgent review and overhaul of the legislation in respect of the Carbon Tax compensation scheme which will impose serious financial consequences on consumers, our shareholders and the tax payers of NSW.
